It all began...

with the book 'Growing Up Again' by Catriona McCloud. This book had the elements of Chick Lit, but had such a unique premise.

Melissa Hill, Cecelia Ahern and Alexandra Potter are also all splendid writers of this theme; however books like these are rather difficult to stumble across.

There doesn't seem to be a literature genre of 'Chick Lit-but-with-a-bit-of-a-difference', so this is how Pageturners has come about - you are welcome to add your own book recommendations.
